Universe Peptides — Refund and Replacement Policy

Research Chemical Integrity & All Sales Final Policy

Due to the specialized nature of laboratory research compounds and strict quality control standards, all sales are final. To ensure product integrity, sterility, and chain-of-custody verification, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on opened, unsealed, or reconstituted compounds. Products sold by Universe Peptides are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory research and analytical testing, not for human or animal consumption.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We guarantee that all orders arrive intact and correctly fulfilled. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your shipment is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery:

1. Email sales@universepeptides.com with your order number and tracking details.

2. Include clear, high-resolution photographs showing the damaged or incorrect vial(s), the tamper-evident seal, and the original shipping box/packaging.

3. Do not attempt to open, tamper with, or discard the affected items until our support team has reviewed them.

Once verified, Universe Peptides will promptly issue an expedited replacement at no additional cost or process a store credit/refund at our discretion.

Unopened Item Cancellations & Returns

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. For unopened items returned with intact tamper-evident seals and original packaging, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt and are subject to prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Unauthorized returns or items with broken seals will be rejected.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
