Universe Peptides — Shipping Policy

At Universe Peptides, we prioritize speed, discretion, and product stability. Because research compounds require careful handling, all orders are packaged using secure, temperature-resilient, and impact-resistant materials to maintain chemical integrity during transit.

1. Processing & Handling Time

Order Cutoff & Fulfillment: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM PST are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding federal holidays).
Weekend Orders: Orders received after 2:00 PM PST on Friday, over the weekend, or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Verification: First-time orders or large laboratory orders may be subject to a brief security verification hold to confirm payment authorization and the validity of the delivery address.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship domestically across the United States via trusted commercial carriers (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air).

All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and commence once the package is accepted into the carrier's network.

3. Packaging & Temperature Stability

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers. The exterior packaging displays only the necessary shipping label and return address, with no mention of product contents.
Compound Stability: Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powders are stable at ambient room temperature during typical transit windows. Upon delivery, compounds should be stored immediately according to laboratory storage guidelines (e.g., cool, dry, light-protected storage at 2°C – 8°C or -20°C for long-term preservation).
Thermal Packaging: During extreme summer or winter heat waves, expedited shipping methods (UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air) are strongly recommended to minimize environmental exposure.

4. Tracking Confirmation

Automated Tracking: As soon as your order is packaged and a label is generated, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking scans to update in the carrier system.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost / Stolen Packages

Address Verification: The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Universe Peptides is not responsible for misdeliveries, returned packages, or carrier disposal resulting from incorrect unit numbers, typos, or incomplete addresses.
Title & Risk of Loss: Per our Terms of Service, title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser once the package is scanned into the carrier's possession.
Lost or "Marked Delivered" Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check the surrounding areas, mailrooms, building managers, or neighbors.
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely).
3. Contact the local carrier depot to initiate a GPS trace.
4. Notify us at sales@universepeptides.com within 48 hours so we can assist with carrier claims.
